To help ensure a relaxing stay for both our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

➤ No smoking, vaping, parties or events.
➤ Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
➤ Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a considerate level at all times.
➤Disruptive or antisocial behaviour is not permitted.
➤ Illegal activity or drug use is strictly prohibited.
➤ Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
➤ Please remove shoes when walking on carpeted areas and avoid wearing shoes on beds.
➤ Help us keep the apartment looking its best by leaving it neat and tidy.
➤ Furniture has been carefully arranged—please do not move it.
➤ Use all appliances responsibly and ensure the cooktop is switched off after use.
➤ Please park only in your allocated parking space.
➤ Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the apartment.
➤ Smoke alarms, safety equipment and security devices must not be tampered with.
➤ If anything is damaged or requires maintenance during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
➤ Guests are responsible for any damage or replacement costs resulting from their stay.

💳 Additional Fees

The following charges may apply if house rules are not observed:
➤ Noise complaints requiring host attendance or police involvement: $300
➤ Unauthorised parties or events: $300
Illegal or criminal activity: $500 and may be reported to the relevant authorities
Smoking inside the apartment: $1000 specialised cleaning fee
➤ Excessive cleaning: from $150, depending on the condition of the property

Lockouts & lost keys:

➤ Standard call-out: $150
➤ After midnight: $200–300
➤ Lost key replacement: $300
➤ Late check-out or early check-in: From $60, subject to availability and prior approval.

🔒 Security Deposit

To help protect the apartment and ensure a positive experience for everyone, we may request a $200 refundable security deposit prior to your stay.

The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition and all house guidelines have been followed.
